Communications / Comunicaciones
The Communications Committee of the FED Council enhances visibility and engagement through strategic messaging and content development. Its primary goal is to effectively communicate the achievements and ongoing work of the council to Facilities employees.
El Comité de Comunicaciones del Consejo FED mejora la visibilidad y el compromiso mediante mensajes estratégicos y el desarrollo de contenido. Su objetivo principal es comunicar eficazmente los logros y el trabajo continuo del consejo a los empleados de Facilities.
Events / Eventos
The Events Committee of the FED Council works to enhance awareness of the different roles Facilities plays here at Caltech. We host events and other outreach activities throughout the year to engage the workforce community to build camaraderie, involvement and engagement.

Upskilling / Desarrollo de habilidades
The Upskilling Committee focuses on building an engaged, adaptable, and highly skilled trade workforce for Caltech Facilities. The initiative aims to strengthen internal capabilities by helping employees reach career goals while also establishing a pipeline of top candidates through partnerships with trade schools and structured internal training programs.
El Comité de Desarrollo de Habilidades se enfoca en construir una fuerza laboral de oficios comprometida, adaptable y altamente calificada para Facilities de Caltech. La iniciativa busca fortalecer las capacidades internas ayudando a los empleados a alcanzar sus metas profesionales, al mismo tiempo que establece una cantera de candidatos destacados mediante asociaciones con escuelas de oficios y programas internos de capacitación estructurados.
